Strawberry pickers needed at Langdon Manor Farm in rural Kent

It has been reported that strawberry fields at the Langdon Manor Farm in rural Kent are bursting with ripe, juicy fruit but do not have the people to pick them. Kent to see more immigrants needing accommodation

It has been announced that Kent will have to squeeze in thousands of more homes for migrants in the coming years. Government predictions have said that around 36,000 people will arrive in the South East needing accommodation each year up to the year 2029. In June The Masquerade Ball which is the first event of its kind in Kent is coming to Wye and will include Jacuzzis and a lingerie fashion show.
