The report comes from Millenial Media’s Mobile Mix report and the smartphone landscape as a whole has remained pretty flat as far as operating systems go. The iOS (Apple) platform had 28%, RIM (BlackBerry)13%, Symbian 1%, Windows 1% and others (webOS, Danger, Nokia OS, Palm OS) 1%. The figures remain the same as those between July and September.

The report was brought to our attention by Zach Epstein over on BGR who also informs on the top manufacturers (all devices) for October.
