DWTS 2010: Week 8 Results November 9 – Kurt Warner will miss dancing
We told you yesterday about the performance show for Week 8 of Dancing with the Stars 2010, and noted that Kurt Warner or Bristol Palin looked the most likely to be eliminated this week. The results show took place last night and the numbers have been reduced once more leaving only 4 couple left in the competition.
First up though Kyle Massey and Lacey Schwimmer were selected to perform the week’s encore dance. They then found out they were the first to be saved this week. Then we saw musical performances from Taio Cruz and then John Legend and The Roots, according to Sherry Wight over on Associated Content. Next up Kurt Warner and fellow celeb dancer Jennifer Grey were sent to discover their fate and it was Jennifer Grey and partner Derek Hough who were told they were safe, while Kurt Warner and his partner Anna Trebunaskaya were not.
Bristol Palin and partner Mark Ballas, and Brandy with partner Maxim Chmerkovskiy were left and it was a bit of a surprise to say the least when Bristol Palin was saved while Brandy found she was in the danger zone along with Kurt and Anna. Moments after Bruno told Kurt that he was a true “American idol”, Kurt found he was the one to be eliminated this week.
He took his defeat graciously and said he would miss dancing every week, and it certainly seemed a shame to see him go. For more on this go to associatedcontent.com. Next week it’s on to the semi-finals stage of DWTS 2010. Season 11 has seen some great dancing so who do you think should now progress to the final? We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on Dancing with the Stars so please do send in your comments.
