There seems to have been a few English soccer players to have been the center of a sex scandal over the past few months. It was only about a month ago that England striker Peter Crouch was accused of cheating on his girlfriend, now Wayne Rooney appears to be in the middle of a sex scandal.

As reported by Ethan Sacks at nydailynews.com, reports in both the Sunday Mirror and The News of the World newspapers say that a 21-year old prostitute claims that she had sex with Rooney 7 times in a 4 month period, during the time his wife Coleen was pregnant with their first child.

Jennifer Thompson – the woman who has accused the Manchester United Striker of cheating – claims that Wayne sent her sex texts, and paid her with wads of cash. Speaking to The News of the World, Jennifer said: “He didn’t seem to care he was betraying Coleen.

A recent report in the Daily Mail claims that Coleen has now fled to her parent’s home, to think about their future of their marriage following the recent headlines. Rooney is due to join his England teammates in Switzerland on Monday, for their Euro 2012 qualifier.
