Back in March of this year at the CTIA 2010, Samsung revealed its new Android-based i9000 Galaxy S phone. Since then we’ve seen a couple of handsets from the Galaxy S series hit the market, including T-Mobile’s Vibrant and AT&T’s Captivate.

Now consumers are preparing themselves for the release of the Samsung Fascinate from Verizon Wireless, which according to an article by Jeff Haydock at bby.com will be available to pre-order from Best Buy starting from 29th August.

However, Best Buy Reward Zone members were able to reserve their Samsung Fascinate handset from Friday, August 27th, as an exclusive bonus to them. That of course guarantees that Reward Zone members will receive their new handset first.

Pre-orders of the Samsung Fascinate – which boasts a 1Ghz processor that runs the Android 2.1 operating system, HD video recording and a 4-inch Super AMOLED screen – can be made by a simple visit to any Best Buy Mobile or Best Buy store.
