Carla Bruni the wife of the President of France has told Sky News that she married Nicolas Sarkozy in a hurry to ease public opinion in the country. Now rumors are all over the internet and media suggesting that the pair’s marriage is in trouble.

The First lady who is an Italian-born, French songwriter, singer, and former model married Sarkozy in February 2008; however the pair faced questions about the marriage from the very beginning, concerning the whirlwind marriage, the couple had been dating for only three months before they wed.

Allegations have surfaced that both president Sarkozy and his wife are now having affairs, however Carla was adamant that her husband has never been unfaithful. She asked Sky News “have you ever seen a picture of him having an affair?” Bruni then went on to dismiss claims that she was interfering in French politics.
