8 Americans Freed Says Haiti Judge

Following our earlier story a judge in Haiti has announced that after several parents admitted they willingly handed over their children to missionaries, he decided to release 8 out of the 10 involved.
The missionaries were arrested after attempting to remove 33 children from the country devastated by an earthquake last month, but 8 have now been freed with no bail or other stipulations.
According to the guardian.co.uk Judge Bernard Saint-Vil says he has kept Laura Silsby the group leader of the church group based in Idaho, and Charisa Coulter for further questioning and requested that Coulter receive hospital treatment for her diabetes.
The group, all from the USA, denied any plans for child trafficking.
