I’m not really a lover of cookies myself but for some, the new Cookie Diet by Dr. Seigal, might just be of interest. But I have to admit, when I heard there was diet that is actually called the Cookie Diet, I was kind of curious as to how good it really is.
I mean come on, a diet which allows you to eat cookies all day does sound a bit bizarre but true. This diet definitely has an edge for those of you who just can’t avoid the temptation of a nice cookie every now and again, especially at this time of year.
According to reports from gather.com, one woman was reported to have lost 120 pounds in six months while on Dr. Seigal’s Cookie Diet. The idea is to eat six of the Dr. Seigal cookies throughout the morning and afternoon, then a sensible dinner.
While on the diet, people are meant to eat 6 of the cookies when hungry throughout the day, along with 8 glasses of fluid and one meal, which can consist of 6 ounces of lean protein (chicken, fish, seafood and turkey only) and one cup of vegetables.
