Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade: Snoopy, Spidey, Mickey Balloon Inflation

Today, people got inflated for Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and dispite the dreary weather thousands and thousands of New Yorkers flocked to the Upper West Side to see all sorts of giant baloons including Spiderman, Mickey Mouse, Snoopy, Buzz Lightyear and plenty other well known characters and super heros.
The parade kicks off at 9am today but if your considering spending Thanksgiving day there, you might want to get there early as it will be somewhat easier, plus you get a better view of the parade. If you dont want to venture out, and would rather watch it at home while preparing you thanksgiving turkey, you can also tune into on NBC/Channel 4.
Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is an annual parade which started it’s tradition in 1924, to make it the second oldest Thanksgiving parade in American history, along with the Thanksgiving Parade held in Detroit, and lasts for 3 hours.
