As you will all be aware, today is Friday 13th. And for those people, who are superstitious, will know that Friday 13th is an ominous day for many. People from all across the world, will be rearranging travel plans and some may not even step foot outside their houses.
But what many others would like to know, is why all the superstitions about Friday 13th? Well according to reports from living.oneindia.in, the fear may have something to do with triskaidekaphobia, which is the fear of the number 13.
And the reports also say that there is a common assumption, that the year 2009 is bad for a lot of people as well. After all, many businesses have been affected by the recession this year, plus there have been a lot of losses, epidemics and accidents happening.
