We are just hearing that Andy Roddick beat Ernests Gulbis in the U.S. Tennis Open, Roddick won 3-6 7-5 6-2 7-5 with a second-round victory.

Gulbis’s tennis was near perfect in the first set, he got winners from all angles but Roddick started to make a change in the 10th game by setting up break point with a running forehand passing shot that just made it inside the line.

Andy Roddick then won the next five games, which gave him a 3-0 lead in the 3rd set. Funny enough, both these tennis stars were celebrating their birthday’s when the clock hit midnight. It was Gulbis’s 20th birthday and Roddick’s 26th. Hit the read link below to get the full story.
