
It has just been reported that at least one explosion has happened at the Universal Studios in America. LA fire Chief Frank Reynoso has said that the blaze was reported just before dawn on Sunday on a sound stage on a back lot. It’s said that the blaze began around 4:45 a.m. PT (7:45 a.m. ET) Sunday.
There have been no reports of any injuries at the 230-acre site, which is famous for filming King Kong and The War of the Worlds.
A fire department spokesman said that the fire began just before dawn on a sound stage, and involved at least one explosion. Helicopters are dropping water to try and put the fire out. James Barnes from the LA County Fire Department said that the fire could now be affecting a King Kong ride at the studios
It was reported that at least one building has been burned and as many as three blocks of movie facades, including a New York street scene, have been destroyed.
Fire chief Frank Reynoso said that “It will be awhile before we have it under control.

Its sad to see fires that distroy our film history, I herd that there is other copies of the films. but seeing the fire sets me back abit. My wife and I have never been on a honey moon yet after 31 years together, and that was on the top of list to see.
