Luke Aujila who is 21 has been accused of murdering taxi driver Gian Chand Bajar who was 71 by running him over with his own car. Luke has admitted the manslaughter of Gian but has denied murder at Maidstone Crown Court. Gain a father-of-five, died in hospital of his injuries. It’s said that Luke had apparently showed colleagues how he assaulted Gian the court heard.
On the morning of the Alleged killing Luke became drunk and aggressive after attending the start of a three-day work course in Dartford. Luke had gone to out with friends and got involved in a disturbance at a block of flats in Tooley Street and that is the area that Luke was picked up by Gian.
Daniel Jaggers who was attended the same training course as Luke said that “Luke told us what had happened the night before. He said that he had a fight with a middle-aged cab driver and he demonstrated that he punched the cab driver and he fell to the floor and he showed a kicking demonstration where he was on the floor.”
Apparently Luke did not attend the third day of the course, Daniel said that as he and colleagues shared a lift there that morning they heard on the radio and read in a national newspaper that a local taxi driver had been killed.
The case continues.
What do you think the out come should be?

This case has an obvious ending, admitting manslaughter and not murder.
